Thanks for the input. Yes the mails are being sent no problem. I have added myself to the recipient list and I am receiving them. Its just strange! I had to upgrade from 97 to 2000 because I wanted to change the default message form in outlook using FormsAdmin which is supported for 2000 and onwards.

My custom form would be used to send mail. Therefore since I have upgraded it creates another instance outlook for evey mail that is sent.
