I've actually just got a project using this, however I sub-contracted the rporting services part of it. My basic understanding of it is that it is a report writer and is supposed to be quite user-friendly. You can create reports and distribute them such that hey can be viewed through Internet Explorer. As far as the user modifying them or creating new ones I am still to determine that.

I am hoping to use it with Analysis Services, however this doesn't come with SQL Express.
