You obviously are not paying attention to the mountains of documents found in Iraq that say otherwise.

One of the amazing things about our country is that anyone and everyone is both entitled to their own opinion, and allowed to voice it. Ray McGovern obviously has an axe to grind, but I question the judgement of anyone that thinks the West was behind the Al Askari Mosque bombing.
