Spanglish = 6 years of school in Mexico and 1 year of living in the U.S.

12 years of school in America and 2 years of highschool Spanish

Seriously, it is not a language. It is speaking Spanish and inserting words in English whenever you cannot remember the correct word or term in Spanish and vice versa. It is slang words in both language more often than not. Very similar to speaking English in America with a teenager with a bad attitude. It is never the same so it would be impossible to create or decide on a specific language or dictionary unless it contained only all simple Spanish words and all simple English words.
