If I were you would wait for 6.0 for financial reasons. Currently there are differences between 5 and 3 (not as much as Brasil vs Turkey in football - yeah cup is going hot and I bet for Brasil) but also will be (HOPE) between 6 and 5. With betas around, there shouldn't be much to wait. Only think while waiting, I think you should avoid using "setfocus" in valid and/or when (which is accepted in VFP3 and not in VFP5). Also your clients would no more support of using 16 bit OS with Win32S (simply upgrade to Win95, 98 or NT is a must for them).
