More evidence of incompetence on this Administration. Did he resign? Or was he fired?
He was disliked by the CIA professionals. He fired the top echelon and
brought in his cronies who did not have experience in spook matters. Then he had fight with Negroponte when he was placed kind of over him.
Why would you make the top guys in the CIA a bunch of inexperienced outsiders, not from the organization. It would be something crazy like placing the Head of the Arabian Horse Asociation
in charge of emergency response for the US Federal Government. Would you do something stupid as that...? Oh wait. Never mind.
