I assume this digital photos are jpg files on disk, downloaded from a digital camera?

Iam asking this because I may have a couple of ideas and links to chip in, just having done a program in VFP for my brother in law that resizes/shrinks jpg pictures taken by his digital camera, so he would stop sending those pictures as 4MB - 2500x2000 pixel atachments. :)
