Libido sustains a relationship for three years max IMO. Then it's down to how much you really care for each other.

To me it comes down to one simple question: would you give up your life for them? There was a great line in a pretty decent movie, "The Italian Job" (the remake three years or so ago) -- "Find someone you love and never let them go." Salud.
