Ok, you allow user to close Excel; then there is no Excel running on the PC,
and your Excel Object is disconnected.
Either do not allow user to close it, or check for, say, ?TYPE("oExcel.Worksheets.count"). And if it is "U", then recreate the object.
>I should have stated "when the user closes the Excel application and selects 'No' or 'Yes'. The spreadsheet will remain open until closed by the user. I have checked all the servers and the workstations and macro security is set to "Medium" but it never asks to enable the macros.
