Does anybody know anything about the Microsoft Empower Program for ISV's.
Apparently if you join, you can get ISDN for up to 2 years for about €380.

However, I have seen a note that one of the conditions requires you to make 'Rasonable commercial efforts ' to join other Microsoft schemes, either during or after the Empower program.

My concern is that if I sign up, I'll be contracting into paying big bucks (one note mentioned up to €50,000 ) to make these 'reasonable Commercial Efforts'.

I'd be interested in hearing from anybody who has gone down this route and what , if any, was the commercial outlay.
