Thanks to previous post replies I have managed to access the text and images on the page itself. But how to now copy the text contained in this textbox that is on the page? I cannot see anything obvious under intellisense.

Hi Tamar. I am having no luck :) The document is not protected and UnProtect says it is not protected. Perhaps I am not explaining the problem properly. I create a Word doc and enter some text on a page. Then I can click on the < Insert > menu and select the < Text Box > menu option. I can now draw a rectangluar area on the form within which I can type some more text. Now using automation I can (thanks to the UT) read the text that is around this text box. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to read the text within this text box.
Any ideas, ...anyone, ...someone, ...anyone out there ... :)
