Let's see ...
How about adding an extra "score" field, editable by the user (maybe a spinner), to trghe table/grid, whereby the user can enter a "preferable" value. Or a checkbox, so that each time the user clicks in one, an internal counter increments, giving each successively clicked record a score. You can sort the grid on this score field. Those records with no score would remain below the scored records?
