It's impossible to give you exactly what you need as it depends on:

- Type of database access and the database
- Export options allowed
- Preview allowed
- Report modificaiton allowed

etc, etc

Look on your Crystal CD for a help file called Runtime or Distrib or some such thing. There will be a table in the file that will help you figure out what's needed.
