I don't know the expertise of both reporters. What I know is that the coverage is leverage among the technical sessions. Thus, a balance report is usually delivered among all the topics presented. Note that not all technical sessions can be covered as there are more than two simulatenous sessions at the same time. It may also be that with the load of work they have to do that some session timeframes are skipped.
