There's no problem with FAT32 and VFP (3 or 5) itself. We've been using FAT32 since OSR2 was released on lots of machines, and I've used it under Win98 on beta 3, RC 0 and now the actual released product with no apparent problems.

Actually it is not VFP5 I am concerned with, but with the various activeX controls we use in multiple applications. Eventually we will have to convert and I will have to deal with updating each cotnrol -- but not just yet!
