It would be great if you tell us what Windows version you use :o)
I assume that you have WinXP:
Go to Control Panel
Click on Add/Remove Programs
Then Click on Add/Remove Windows components
From List that appears uncheck Outlook express.
Then Next.


To reinstall it Just do the same as above, but this time just mark Outlook Express :o)
