Yes, I've used it and found it very useful. If you've messed around with it you've noticed that it generates enormous log files very quickly.

I've used it to help me optimize code. I just used the tools supplied out of the box.

I've also used it during unit testing to ensure that my test cases traverse every line of code that I'm trying to test.
