The main reasons are as follows:
Republicans don't like her because :
-Hilary care - Gov't run health care entitlement
-Co-President - We elect 1 president not 2
-Ultra Liberal - before she won here Senate seat in New York and moved to center. Repubs see this as simply a ploy to run for presidency in '08
-Numerous scandals - The Clinton legacy is one of constant scandal

Democrats don't like her because :
-Hilary care - She didn't get it passed. Held secret meetings
-Supports the war - This may be overlooked because like Repubs many believe this is a ploy to set up presidential run.

Average people don't like her because :
-Marriage of convience - Perception that Bill and her simply stay married for political reasons
-Skreeching Voice - This may be her biggest downfall. She need to work on her intonation when she raises her voice or the American people will only see a shrill banshee on the stump.
-Power hungry - Not necessarily a bad thing in and of itself but taken with the rest it makes her unpredictabily dangerous
-Bitch - The main perception of Hil is that shes a bitch in pumps
