i've interesting issue here. we've 2 applications that update same table(s).
if appOne updates a field it takes atleast couple of seconds for appTow to see the value ? why is this?
sometimes its causing us issues as same data have different meaning to 2 applications.

BTW we are not opening tables in buffer mode. we update them either with "replace" or "update table" commands

any ideas ?
