I saw something similar a few days back. The customer had a virus, and the antivirus program was stripping stuff from the exe. Is your exe the same size? Mine went from 5 MB to 14k , so check that too...

We have had two report this on different versions of the EXE and different FXPs were referenced yet the same EXE is being used by 100s of others without a problem. One user was using terminal services and the other had installed on their local machine (we think).
