My friend ask me a question in this morning.

His client have a barcode printer (without driver for Windows95),
he try to install it in Win95 with default mode (no need installation diskette), But there are something wrong at print FONT, so he control the to printout from FWRITE() command in system.

Now the barcode is install at COM2 port.
>>> SET PRINT TO COM2 <<< is it correct in Window VFP5.0

Anyway, he want to know how to receive the message about (on-line,
no paper, buffer full, readly), He have try to use PRINTSTATUS, but
its always in "Ready" mode.

Do i need to send a code to the printer, then use the FGETS() to
receive the data about (on-line, no paper,buffer full,readly). If yes please tell the code no. , cause the barcode menu is disappear. May
your code no. can work at that machine.
