I have checked out the related link to the FAQ by late Ed Rauh. It mentions that printing it is possible in VFP but outside the report writer, I got the impression that it will print as a seperate document.

Actually the requirement of mine is typical. I have a grid which is supposed to have a memo text for each line. The memo text will be auto filled in differently for each row via a cbo selection, this text will then be updated by the user. All the rows combined will form a part of the full document. There will be other elements that will also print in the same document with group headings, etc.

In it's simplest form this is possible with VFP and report writer, but I need atleast some way the client can highlight some text, he does not necessarily have to change the font, if RTF can be avoided. I doubt report writer takes in html like tags to highlight text inside of a block of text like we do here on UT.

Any ideas.
