Justin,

Thanks for the suggestion. It fixed the problem in Query Analyzer, but not Enterprise Manager. I am going to try updating SQL Server, since I am only running SP-1, but other people here who don't have this problem are running the same Service Pack. I guess as far as SQL is concerned, long text fields are only displayed on a "need to know" basis and I don't need to know enough.
