I am controlling Excel from a VFP program. I would like to save 1 worksheet of a workbook. How can I do this?

I can save the entire workbook like this:
loChart.SaveAs("C:\MySubdir\MyFileName")

But I have a work book with 2 sheets and I only want to save 1 of them. How can I do this?
