My welcome screen (splash) is a form with a command button (Enter) and a olecontrol that is supposed to display a simple .jpg image. The user clicks the (Enter) and the exe is off and running. The olecontrol, on the form, has an Insert object dialog with "Create from file" option. This options lets me browse to the appropriate .jpg and then click OK to complete the control. However, the control doesn't show the .jpg, it shows a generic shortcut image and the name of the jpg. This has worked in the past, what did I miss?
