I previewed all alternatives (xfrx,frx2any,minds eye, and some other) and choosed xfrx.

XFRX can convert a lot of types (word,excel,picture,open office,pdf...),
has a good previewer,
full localizable,
has own batch language (you can generate your own reports without using VFP's report tool),
full compatible with VFP's reports and VFP9's object assisted report engine.
