Move the temp files to specific user directories on the terminal or citrix server (e.g. user1, user2, etc) then it will be much faster. I wouldn't store temporary files on the users local workstation in a terminal server or citrix environment. Much faster if they are on the terminal server. In order to do that, see my previous message - it requires changing the desktop shortcut properties and the config.fpw for each user. Of course, it is possible that settings are then later changed internally in the app itself. is it possible you can have one of the developers look at it?

>Also from what I can see it saves all the temp files in a directory on the local drive (L: in our Citrix environment) to this directory (Money32TempFiles) and each of the temp files created are owned by the user accessing the application from what I can see.
