A long shot: I'm guessing the reason you can't install VFP on your customer's server is admin rights to register the VFP runtime? In other words, if you could install a pure XCOPY type solution, your customer might be more comfortable with your VFP based solution?
You can install a VFP EXE based app without registering the runtimes (just include all runtime files in your EXE's folder).
You *MAY* also be able to do the same with a VFP COM solution by using what's called a manifest file. I have not tried this, but can point you to the following UT post and articles on this extremely cool concept:
