And those same businesses would have to start paying (at a minimum) workmens comp insurance for All of their *now* legal subcontractors - not to mention everything else if they were actual employees.

>I certainly understand how businesses benefit for the illegals. Their claims that the illegals are taking jobs that Americans don't want anyway is just a smoke screen. Americans would take those jobs, if the pay was good enough. If the illegals weren't here, the businesses would be forced to raise wages, making those jobs more attractive to Americans.
