I have been using MySQL as the backend for some VFP user driven databases for about a year now and it was going just fine until I switched to the new MySQL server (5.0) on a new machine. Now for some reason, all numeric or decimal values are coming over as strings and I can't figure out how to get them to come over to VFP as decimal numbers.

Help!
