I have finally sorted out my contacts properly and now synch with my phone and ipaq and everything on that front is generally fine, except that if i set up a new contact on the ipaq and enter an address it defaults to united states even though i have no option to input a country on the pocket pc itself. I am using outlook 2002 on my laptop. however i used to store some names in the format "scouts john smith" so that i could find all of the scouts people easily. when i modified all of the names i created a category for scouts, and others, and listed all of the relevant contacts using the proper name, ie "john smith", with a category of scouts. now however when i have to send a text message to all of the users in the category scouts i have difficulty getting out all contacts with a category of scouts. any ideas on how to do this?
