Ivan,
do menu MyMenu.spr && show menu
do form MyMenuForm && show main window
read events && enter event loop
In the MyMenuForm.Unload() event and in your File/Exit menu item put
CLEAR EVENTS>In 2.6 I used to start my application running a main screen, defined as a desktop with a hidden dummy button, so this screen doesn't close until I demand it with "CLEAR READ" command somewhere in menu. At the end of setup I also run my basic menu and that's all I need for the first step when the application starts. OK, I can put some icons on this main screen (desktop), it can be maximized, there could be some graphical pictures as advertisments etc.

>I know forms in VFP is not exactly what it was screens in 2.6. So - what is the simplest way to create main window, let' say - blank main window - with a menu on the top, waiting for the user's action?
