Using ShellExecute to mailto: isn't as sophisticated as using the MAPI controls. The best you can do with mailto is this: "mailto:address@somewhere.com&cc=address2@somewhereelse.com?subject=This will be the subject"

If you go back to the message I sent in the Mixed Up thread last night it gives you code for using the MAPI objects. There is a lot more control possible there. You could always wrap them up in another class and make a call with parameters like the DLL you posted has.
