Help with dropdown listbox control.

Still new to .Net, and learning, how would I go about the following.
I do a COM call and get an XML source back with two tables... the first table has a single record of entry chosen for edit. the second table has a list of choices available to them (each login has access to different tables and thus have their own valid choices).

So..
Table1.KeyIDForDropdown is the value I want updated, but the dropdown I want to populate choices from

Table2.ChoicesText, Table2.ChoicesKeyID

What approach should I consider for this operation.
