In the last week or so we have started to get intermitent problems printing from our application at some clients.

In one case we brought the client's printer to the office. At first we had problem printing from a copy of our exe that was saved in the terminal but not from another identical copy saved in the server. Deleting the printer and reinstalling resulted in neither exe printing at all. Printer was reinstalled again and voila, everything worked fine and now we can't make it fail. However, there continue to exist problems at some clients so we need to understand what may be happening.

Reports are sent to the printer spooler and appear as if they are being processed and then disappear from the queue, but nothing comes out of the printer.

These are Fox2X reports that have been printing with no problem at all. They are printed with:
REPORT FORM xxx TO PRINTER NOSONSOLE RANGE lnPageFrom,lnPageTo. That command has not been changed for a while.
