This is something that Moxie Objects could do with a little tweaking. It currently converts MHT files to memory bitmaps (for rendering on a report). I would just need to add a SaveToFile function.

What would you use this for? (So I can optimize the implementation) Are you sure you want BMP output? They can get quite large.
