Based on my last experienced, be careful of using This_ACCESS. AFAIK, This_ACCESS is when the Property/Event/Method is being access/called/raised. And if it is a property, the property hasn't been assigned yet! Then when you combined This_ACCESS with BindEvent() it's going to be more chaos! You would have to prevent it from being called recursive internally

I could be wrong though, but I just want to tell you that :)

THIS_ACCESS is not intended as a global replacement for Access and Assign methods
