You can't, I believe. MS had to change the way ActiveX controls are implemented and displayed in IE, due to a patent infringement case that they lost.

Essentially, it is up to the website owner to change they way they link/embed the rich media on their page to prevent that message. It occurs with Flash, etc...pretty much any of the rich media plug-ins.
