Thanks for that idea John. Whenever we find that problem we'll try uninstalling and reinsatlling printer.

>Just a wild guess but if nothing has changed and more than one clinet is having the same problem it sounds like the last Windows Update has got you. I would first check the client computers and see who has the Windows auto update turned on. If you find a matching pattern then I suggest you start checking the windows forums. If you are interested I think I still have some DOS on Windows CONFIG.SYS stuff around here somewhere.
