We've just migrated to VS2005 (the first, and I think only so far, team in our company to do so) and we've been directed to use the Team Foundation Server for our Source Control. I played with it for a few weeks before I finally put our converted application into it's Source Control. So far, so good.
However, I did *not* administrate *any* of the server-side stuff for TFS, so I have no clue what server-side requirements there are or how easy or hard it is to set up.
I've heard the 2005 version of Visual Source Safe is much improved and, since TFS may be a bit overkill for the size of your team, VSS may be better for you guys (but don't quote me on that <g>).

>I expect to be using Visual Studio 2005 soon, and I was hoping to get some recommendations for source code management. I am using Visual Soucesafe 6 with VS.NET 2003 now, and it works well. I have heard about the VS 2005 Team Management tools also. For now there will be one developer, but more will be added down the road.
