I recently ran into an issue with a field in a grid. I had to increase the numeric field in the table it corresponds to from n(6,2) to n(10,2). I made the change to the cursor that sits behind the grid (alias type). Anyhow, it seems that unless I physically expand the width of the grid column foxpro still only allows the 6,2 = 7 characters in that field. Is there a way to get foxpro to disregard this and allow for as many characters as exist in the cursor... basically not having to increase the width of the grid column.

Any suggestions?
