>I have a very simple form with a very simple grid. The grid's recordsourcetype is Alias. In the form's INIT the Alias is created from an SQL. After the cursor is created, I then perform a LOCATE to position to the current order so that the client's can identify which one is their current order. Because of my client's work flow and the way in which they access this grid about 95% of the time the FOUND record will be the third or fourth record. When the grid is displayed the highlighted record is the top row of the grid (even though it is the third or fourth row of the cursor), the grid is full, and there are about 15 additional pages so the scroll bar appears to be at the top - my clients do not know that there two records above the currently highlighted record that are not displayed on the grid.

I don't work with grids enough to know if this will work but can you first position the grid at GO TOP and then KEYBOARD enough Down Arrows to put you on the proper record?
