Without looking into your code this sounds like a screen operation. A common cause of C5's is a buggy, out-of-date or incorrect video driver. Fox is good at finding these ;) You could:
- apply an updated and/or reference driver
- see if the problem persists when using one of the basic, non-accelerated built-in low-resolution Windows video drivers
- look for other C5 suggestions here and on the Fox Wiki
