Montenegro is not new; just on Version 2.0 (or maybe 3.0?)

I have stamps from Montenegro pre-WWI. The Balkans have fragmented and defragged for centuries due to the constant invasions and occupations by the Turks and Ottomans.

Sheesh, I wonder if there's any part of Serbia that actually wants to remain Serbia, heh.
