1) What font are you using, you can find a font the same size but more compressed. If you users have Word, I suggest Arial Narrow.

2) The country code field is wider than necessary, for a three digit code
3) I don't see data for the other fields, but also appears that they are numeric 3,1 so each of those fields could be reduced
4) remove the vertical scroll bar and substitute your own controls below the grid

The columns I am having trouble with (see image: http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/487/grid9yl.jpg) are "Gold", "Di", "PGM", and every other column, etc.. So, the cursor's properties for those columns are all the same: n(8,1). They used to be n(5,1) and fit perfectly, however, a change has come about and they need to accomodate a larger numeric value. I changed the cursor to n(8,1), however (and here's where the problem is) the width of the column disallows any more numbers from being entered. If you look at the screenshot I have provided you'll notice that the "Gold" column is larger. By making this column larger it fixes the problem. The downside of this however is that it doesn't fit nice and neat into the grid anylonger and a horozontil scroll bar becomes necessary. Since large numbers surpassing n(5,1) will be few and VERY far between it is silly to resize the columns and uglify the grid.
