Is there any way to fit report preview to window width or other "custom" size other than the default VFP9 list?

There's no secret, undocumented selection of other preset size in the ReportPreview.App that I know about. A "fit to width" option would be a nice enhancement, don't you think? What other custom sizes would you consider to be useful?

Currently, you would have to hack the ReportPreview.App and add these options yourself.
