Where does your citation even mention the percentage of Iraqi crude going to the U.S. versus Europe/Japan???

I note that Iraq is #7 on the list for March/06, close behind Angola (who'd a thunk) and almost double #8 on the list. Iraq is actually #6 in the YTD/06 column.
Also, Iraq's number is down from 1 year earlier. The author's information is obviously from prior to 'today' or even March/06, so it looks to me she is DEAD ON!

C'mon, Dan, you can do better than this.
