http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;896358. The simplest way to resolve it is to right-click the CHM file in Windows Explorer and choose Properties, then click the Unblock button.
Hi Doug,
Does this have to be done on the "suffering" workstation?... I don't see "unblock" as an option when viewing Properties\Security looking at the CHM on the resident workstation.
I ask because this has become an issue for us and it would be real nice to be able to set this FOR OUR USERS (without requiring each and every user to do it themselves). Changing THEIR registry is a non-palatable option.
