In other words, is there a way to include a font file or something so that when a user installs your program, you can guarantee all the fonts you used will be pre-existing or installed onto the target machine?

Check for the font at app load time with afonts(). If not loaded, install the font if it is not loaded with sometiong like I posted last week, [WIN32API & others APIs] Re: Adding a new .TTF Thread #111911 Message #111988.
