I believe so too. The law was changed maybe 10 yrs ago when there was a slew of convicted criminals cashing in on their new found infamy.

The one real sad chapter in this mess is that Fastow was able to get a reduced sentence. If the books and stories I read were correct, Fastow did come up with the ideas, and run the shelters himself. And made himself wealthy off the deals. I'm not sure if Lay knew what was going on, but I'm sure Skilling did. Yet the fed wanted to negotiate with him because they wanted to be able to convict CEOs. I think Fastow is just as guilty if not moreso.

Do you recall what his sentence, and his wife's are?
